The Sisterly Guides are a little writing project I took on in 2010-2011. I enjoyed the Girlfriend's Guide series of books so much that I decided to write a few guides of my own. Disclaimer... the Sisterly Guides are based purely on my personal opinions (and advice I've received from friends and family), and do not have any medical or science research to back it up. My hope is that these guides will make some types of exercises a little less intimidating. (And that you'll laugh out loud as you read.)
